Step 1: Initial Paperwork
Upon your first visit to Fountain of Life Chiropractic, we ask that you fill out some initial paperwork to get started with care. This will go over your health history and past traumas that may be causing some of the symptoms you are noticing in your health.
Step 2: Office Tour
We will take you on a brief office tour to show you exactly what we do, our methods, how they can help and why. We believe this will help you feel more at home here at FLC.
Step 3: Consultation
Next will be your one-on-one consultation to discuss your current issues, past health history and your goals so that we can provide you with the best care for your needs.
Step 4: Objective Assessment/Evaluation
At this stage, we will perform a complete and neurologic diagnostic evaluation using state of the art advanced technology and methods published and certified by NASA and the SPACE foundation institute. Evaluating your nervous system with our various methods allows us to assess with pinpoint accuracy where there may be any pressure, dysfunction or underlying issues we call subluxations might be. It also allows us to test the severity and duration these underlying weaknesses have been there.
On your Next Visit
Doctors Report of Findings
On your follow-up visit, we will sit down with you and your loved ones, and will present to you a detailed report of Doctor Fountain’s findings for your personal case. This will include a full analysis of your complete neurologic diagnostic evaluation and exam findings. We will also discuss with you your customized and specific plan of corrective care and payment options moving forward.
Adjustment
After your discussion with Doctor Fountain about your health, healing, goals and objectives, you are ready to begin care with your first adjustment.
Healing is half our part and half yours. To see improvements in your health, you will need to be committed to making it to your appointments. Everyone responds to care differently. Some begin to feel better and see improvement immediately, while others may take more time. Some may initially experience some discomfort and stiffness, known as healing sensations, which is completely normal as we restore the structure of your body and your nervous system.
